Atalanta-Inter ticket sale from Tuesday 11

For 19/20 Season ticket holders and general sale

Following the new regulations issued by Lega Serie A regarding the stadium capacity for the fixtures of Serie A TIM matchdays 22 and 23, here are the new methods to purchase tickets to attend Atalanta-Inter, the match scheduled for Sunday 16 January at 20:45 CET at the Gewiss Stadium.

SALE PHASES
1) PRIVATE SALE FOR 2019/20 SERIE A SEASON TICKET HOLDERS ON THEIR STANDS: from 12 CET on Tuesday 11 January to 23 CET on Wednesday 12 January 2022 (2 days);
2) PRIVATE SALE FOR 2019/20 SERIE A SEASON TICKET HOLDERS WITH FREE-SEATING CHOICE: from 10 CET to 23 CET on Thursday 13 January 2022 (1 day);
2) GENERAL SALE: from 10 CET on Friday 14 January to 20.45 CET on Sunday 16 January 2022.

The stands Curva Sud Morosini and Distinti Sud will be closed to the public.
The 2019-2020 season ticket holders of the Curva Sud Morosini can purchase tickets in the Curva Nord Pisani as it is specified later on.

LIMITATIONS
Tickets for the stands Tribuna Rinascimento coperta, Tribuna Rinascimento scoperta and Curva Nord Pisani in the general sale can ONLY BE PURCHASED by DEA CARD HOLDERS.

UNDER 18 RATE
The Under-18 reduced rate will be available both for the private and the general sale.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VIVATICKET SERVICE FEES WILL BE ADDED TO THE TICKET PRICE.

SALE PHASES
1) 2019/20 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS’ PRIVATE SALE ON THEIR STAND
From 12 CET on Tuesday 11 January to 23 CET on Wednesday 12 January (2 days), 2019/20 season ticket holders (both digital season tickets uploaded on the Dea Card and season tickets released from the “ex voucher” Fidelity Card) can access this phase and choose their seat in the sector of the season ticket according to the scheme below.

2) 2019/20 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS’ PRIVATE SALE WITH FREE-SEATING CHOICE
From 10 CET to 23 CET on Thursday 13 January (1 day) 2019/20 season ticket holders (both digital season tickets uploaded on the Dea Card and season tickets released from the “ex voucher” Fidelity Card) can access this phase and choose their seat among those still available.

3) GENERAL SALE
– From 10 CET on Friday 14 January until 20:45 CET on Sunday 16 January 2022.

The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased in a single order is 4.

HOW TO BUY TICKETS IN THE PRIVATE SALE
Tickets can be purchased:

– at the Vivaticket sale points in Italy (to see which is the closest to you click here) in traditional mode with printing on thermal support.
IMPORTANT: you cannot use the 2019/20 season ticket refund voucher at the Vivaticket sales points.

– online on the website https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/ in print@home mode as follows.
Each buyer can purchase up to 4 tickets, all of them in the name of season ticket holders, by filling in for each ticket holder:
a) for 2019/20 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS WITH DEA CARD:
– the DEA CARD NUMBER that is currently owned by the season ticket holder (expired Dea Cards will also be valid to purchase and access the stadium).
– PRINT@HOME MODE: a ticket in pdf format will be issued (to be printed in A4 format or kept on a mobile device) in which the stand, row and seat purchased and to be occupied will be indicated.
IMPORTANT: also for the match Atalanta-Inter, no ticket will be uploaded on the Dea Card. For this reason, the Dea Card WILL not allow access to the stadium, which will be guaranteed exclusively by the ticket in A4 format.
Purchase emails or documents other than the ticket with a bar code will not be considered valid for entry.

OR

b) for 2019/20 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS WITH A TRADITIONAL SEASON TICKET (RELEASED FROM THE FIDELITY CARD – “FORMER VOUCHER”)
– the PRE-EMPTION CODE* preceded by five “0” (00000), in the case of a traditional season ticket.
* located on the back of the season ticket, after the word “Abb:” (as shown below).
IMPORTANT: type five “0” and then add the 7 digits of the pre-emption code without spaces (in the case of the image below it should be entered: 000000123456).
– PRINT@HOME mode (for Traditional Season Ticket holders only); a ticket with a barcode in pdf format will be issued to be printed in good quality on an A4 sheet and this will be the only document valid for entry. Emails confirming the purchase or documents which differ from the ticket with a barcode will not be valid for entry.

Tickets cannot be digitally uploaded on the Dea Card.

HOW TO BUY IN THE GENERAL SALE
Tickets can be purchased:
– online on the website https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/ in print@home mode.
– at the Vivaticket sale points in Italy (to see which is the closest to you click here) in print@home mode.
IMPORTANT: you cannot use the 2019/20 season ticket refund voucher at the Vivaticket sales points.
– The ticket office in Viale Giulio Cesare (opposite the Tribuna Rinascimento) will be open on Sunday 16 January 2022 from 18 CET (on matchday) for the sale of unsold tickets.

Each buyer can purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets in total.
Tickets cannot be digitally uploaded on the Dea Card.

NAME CHANGE
It is forbidden to change the name of the ticket holder for the match Atalanta-Inter.

VIALE GIULIO CESARE TICKET OFFICE 
The ticket office in Viale Giulio Cesare (opposite Tribuna Rinascimento) will be open on Sunday 16 January from 18 CET:
– for assistance in the event of a malfunction of the ticket;
– to sell the tickets which are still available.

AWAY END

As it was ordered by Lega Serie A, the away end will not be open to the public (both for the fixtures of matchday 22 and matchday 23).

HOW TO ACCESS THE GEWISS STADIUM
As per current government guidelines, access will be allowed to a maximum number of 5.000 spectators; all ticket holders must have the REINFORCED version of the GREEN PASS (Covid-19 certificate), which is issued after completing the vaccination cycle or after recovering from Covid-19, except for the exemptions provided for by the legislation, to be shown for verification at the pre-filtering areas of the purchased sector, together with a valid document and the ticket itself (physical).
For all information on the “Green Pass” certification, refer to the Italian Government website.

WARNING: Green Pass certificates that were generated by undergoing a molecular test or a rapid antigen-test with a negative SARS-CoV-2 virus result will not be considered valid.

All fans entering the Gewiss Stadium, including children of any age, must have a valid ticket to access the facility.

Due to the controls provided for by the current regulations, it is recommended to arrive well in advance at the entrance of the purchased stand of the Gewiss Stadium.

2019/20 SEASON TICKET REFUND VOUCHER
All fans owning a voucher for the 2019/20 season ticket refund will be able to use it to purchase tickets also in the name of other people, as long as they use the same Vivaticket account from which the voucher was requested. The voucher can be therefore used exclusively to buy tickets online, it cannot be used at the Vivaticket points of sale.
To use the credit, you will simply have to enter the VOUCHER CODE that is indicated on the pdf of the Voucher itself while purchasing.

GOLDEN RULES
We remind all ticket holders that:
the opening of the gates will take place approximately two hours before the start of the match.

It is advisable to reach the entrance indicated on your ticket or placeholder well in advance of the start of the event. This is to avoid long queues and gatherings that could originate from the mandatory control operations in the pre-filtering areas of the Gewiss Stadium.

It is mandatory to wear an FFP2 level mask during the entire course of the event.

– Each holder must stay in the seat allocated at the time of purchase and shown on the ticket.

 

Access to the Gewiss Stadium will be allowed only to fans in possession of:
– Print@home ticket printed in A4 format;
– ‘Reinforced’ COVID-19 green certification (Green Pass);
– Valid identity document.

Finally, it should be noted that as currently required by the legislation in force, children under the age of 12 fall into the category of subjects exempt from the ‘reinforced’ Green Certification (https://www.dgc.gov.it/web/faq.html).
