Wednesday 27 OCTOBER UPDATE

The Club informs the interested fans that the Ticket office, which is situated in viale Giulio Cesare, in front of the Tribuna Rinascimento sector, will be opened for the sale of tickets for Atalanta-Lazio on Saturday 30 October (matchday) from 12 p.m. until 3 p.m.

In order to prevent long queues and gatherings, the Club advises that the supporters should provide themselves with the tickets for Atalanta-Lazio before arriving at the Gewiss Stadium.

THURSDAY 14 OCTOBER UPDATE

In order to encourage more young Atalanta fans to visit the Stadium, the Club have met the fans’ requests and inform them that the Under-18 rate has been introduced in the general sale phase for Atalanta-Lazio (excluding the Distinti Sud, Tribuna Centrale and Tribuna d’Onore Nerazzurra stands).

Moreover, for the match Atalanta-Lazio you don’t need to have the Dea Card to purchase tickets during the general sale.

We inform the interested fans that tickets for Atalanta-Lazio, the match scheduled for Saturday 30 October at the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo with kick-off at 15 CEST, will be for sale from Friday 15 October at noon LT.

SALE PHASES
Tickets will be for sale in the following ways:
1) PRIVATE SALE FOR 2019/20 SERIE A SEASON TICKET HOLDERS ON THEIR SECTOR: From noon on Friday 15 October to 11 p.m. on Sunday 17 October* (3 days);
2) PRIVATE SALE FOR 2019/20 SERIE A SEASON TICKET HOLDERS WITH FREE-SEATING CHOICE: From noon on Monday 18 October to 11 p.m. on Tuesday 19 October* (2 days);
2) GENERAL SALE: From 10 a.m. on Wednesday 20 October to 3 p.m. on Saturday 30 October*.

UNDER 6 RATE
The Under 6 rate WILL NOT be applied to Atalanta-Lazio.

The Under 14 rate WILL NOT be applied to Atalanta-Lazio.

The UNDER-18 REDUCED RATE is available for Atalanta-Lazio in the GENERAL SALE (as per Thursday 14 October update).

From 12 p.m. LT on Friday 15 October to 11 p.m. LT on Sunday 17 October (3 days), 2019/20 season ticket holders (both digital season tickets, uploaded on the Dea Card, and season tickets released from the “ex voucher” Fidelity Card) can access this phase and choose their seat in the sector of the season ticket according to the scheme below.

2) 2019/20 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS’ PRIVATE SALE WITH FREE-SEATING CHOICE
From 12 p.m. LT on Monday 18 October to 11 p.m. LT on Tuesday 19 October, 2019/20 season ticket holders (both digital season tickets, uploaded on the Dea Card, and season tickets released from the “ex voucher” Fidelity Card) can access this phase and choose their seat among those still available.

3) GENERAL SALE
– From 10 a.m. LT on Wednesday 20 October until 3 p.m. LT on Saturday 30 October.

The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased in a single order is 4.

HOW TO BUY TICKETS IN THE PRIVATE SALE
Tickets can be purchased:
– at the Vivaticket sale points in Italy (to see which is the closest to you click here) in traditional mode with printing on thermal support.
IMPORTANT: you cannot use the 2019/20 season ticket refund voucher at the Vivaticket sales points.

– online on the website https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/ as follows:
a) for 2019/20 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS WITH DEA CARD:
– the DEA CARD NUMBER that is currently owned by the season ticket holder, in the case of a digital season ticket uploaded on the fidelity card. Expired Dea Cards will also be valid to purchase and access the stadium
– a placeholder in pdf will be issued (to be printed in A4 format or kept on a mobile device) in which the sector, row and seat purchased and to be occupied will be indicated.
Purchase emails or documents other than the ticket with a bar code will not be considered valid for entry.

OR

b) for 2019/20 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS WITH A TRADITIONAL SEASON TICKET (RELEASED FROM THE FIDELITY CARD – “FORMER VOUCHER”)
– the PRE-EMPTION CODE* preceded by five “0” (00000), in the case of a traditional season ticket.
* located on the back of the season ticket, after the word “Abb:” (as shown below).
IMPORTANT: type five “0” and then add the 7 digits of the pre-emption code without spaces (in the case of the image below it should be entered: 000000123456).
– PRINT@HOME mode (for Traditional Season Ticket holders only); a ticket with a barcode in pdf format will be issued to be printed in good quality on an A4 sheet and this will be the only document valid for entry. Emails confirming the purchase or documents which differ from the ticket with a barcode will not be valid for entry.

The Gewiss Stadium ticket office in viale Giulio Cesare will NOT be authorized to sell.

HOW TO BUY IN THE GENERAL SALE
Tickets can be purchased:
– online on the website https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/.
– at the Vivaticket sale points in Italy (to see which is the closest to you click here) in traditional mode with printing on thermal support.
IMPORTANT: you cannot use the 2019/20 season ticket refund voucher at the Vivaticket sales points.

Each buyer can purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets in total.

NAME CHANGE
It is forbidden to change the name of the ticket holder on any ticket.

VIALE GIULIO CESARE TICKET OFFICE

According to the update, made on Wednesday 27 October, the ticket office in Viale Giulio Cesare will be open on Saturday 30 October (matchday) for the sale of tickets for Atalanta-Lazio and for assistance in the event of a malfunction of the print@home ticket or the Dea Card on which the admission ticket was uploaded.

AWAY SECTOR
Limitations
Waiting for the instructions from Public Safety Authorities:

– The away sector is for SS Lazio fidelity card holders only;
– Residents in the region of Lazio will only be able to purchase tickets for the Away sector.
– Residents in the province of Bergamo WILL NOT be able to purchase tickets for the away sector, except for the SS Lazio Fidelity card owners.

Methods of sale
Tickets can be purchased from Wednesday 20 October at 10 a.m. LT to Friday 29 October at 7 p.m. LT:
– on the website https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/;
– at the authorized Vivaticket sale points in Italy (to see which is the closest to you click here) in traditional mode.

The ticket price is €20. There are no reductions.

HOW TO ACCESS THE GEWISS STADIUM
As per current government guidelines, access will be allowed to a maximum number of spectators equal to 75% of the Gewiss Stadium capacity; all ticket holders must have one of the Green Certifications COVID-19 (Green Pass), except for the cases of exclusion provided for by the legislation, to be shown for verification at the pre-filtering areas of the purchased sector, together with a valid document and the ticket itself (physical or digital).
For all information on the “Green Pass” certification, refer to the Italian Government website.
All fans who enter the Gewiss Stadium, including children of any age, must have a valid ticket to access the facility.

Due to the controls provided for by the current regulations, it is recommended to arrive well in advance at the entrance of the purchased sector of the Gewiss Stadium.

GOLDEN RULES
We remind all ticket holders that:
the opening of the gates will take place approximately two hours before the start of the match.
It is advisable to reach the entrance indicated on your ticket or placeholder well in advance of the start of the event. This is to avoid long queues and gatherings that could originate from the mandatory control operations in the pre-filtering areas of the Gewiss Stadium.
– It is mandatory to wear a mask during the entire course of the event.
– Each holder must stay in the seat allocated at the time of purchase and shown on the ticket.
– There will be NO facility to carry out a quick antigen swab on the match day.

Access to the Gewiss Stadium will be allowed only to fans in possession of:
– Print@home ticket printed in A4 format or Dea Card with a digitally uploaded ticket;
– COVID-19 green certification (Green Pass);
– Valid identity document.

Finally, it should be noted that as currently required by the legislation in force, children under the age of 12 fall into the category of subjects exempt from Green Certification (https://www.dgc.gov.it/web/faq.html)
