Spezia will be Atalanta’s opponents in the Round of 16 of the 2022-2023 Coppa Italia Frecciarossa. The Ligurian side defeated Brescia 3-1 in the Last 32.

Atalanta are among the seeded teams in the competition and therefore enter the Italian Cup at the Last 16 stage. Being no. 8 in the draw, Gasperini’s men will be entitled to play at home, i.e. at the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo.

The Round of 16 will be played over one leg and will unfold on the 11th or 18th of January, according to Lega Serie A’s fixture list.
