Pessina scores and leads Italy into the EURO2020 Quarter-finals!
It’s the second decisive goal for the Nerazzurri midfielder, who, after being called upon by Mancini in the 67 minute during Italia-Austria, doesn’t hesitate and doubles Italy’s lead in the first half of extra time. This goal, as the one scored against Austria, will then be crucial for qualifying for the Quarter-finals.
It’s the second goal for Pessina at EURO2020, the sixth scored by an Atalanta Player in the competition.
And after Joakim Mæhler, here are two more Nerazzurri, to move into the next round, Matteo Pessina and Rafael Toloi (who didn’t play against Austria), Italy will face the winner team from Belgium-Portugal on Friday 2 July at 21 CEST at the Monaco Football Arena.
