Once again Rasmus! After winning his first award last December, Højlund is back again on the throne, as he seized his second seasonal triumph in the Player of The Month pageant after his shoo-in at the poll held through the ItalianOptic app!

After a solid January, which was reciprocated by a deserved second place in the latest POTM, Højlund capitalized on all the chances February has given him: apart from the goals scored against Lazio and Lecce, Rasmus showcased all the best qualities in his repertoire – especially in terms of tenacity and physical prowess.
Second comes a true household name: Marten de Roon has won his way back on the podium with performances of paramount solidity. The reigning champion Ademola Lookman closes the top three, forced to yield the sceptre after opening the new year with a win.

With his second award so far this season, Højlund has waylayed Koopmeiners and, only one triumph away from Lookman, has already put Ademola in his sight: the challenge for the next ItalianOptic Player of The Month is already on and is bound to be strenuous!
