On matchday 8 of the 2021-2022 Primavera 1 TIMVISION “Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti”, Fiorentina win 1-0 at the stadium Bozzi in Florence: a second-half penalty was decisive.

The Viola threatened through Di Stefano’s finish from outside the box in the first minutes, then the Nerazzurri started pushing hard and had two chances minutes before half-time: Oliveri’s great volley from a corner finished just wide on 33 minutes and Ceresoli’s free-kick in the 40th minutes was turned onto the bar by the goalkeeper.

The second half opened up with Bianco hitting the post with just one minute in. In the 86th minute, the Nerazzurri had penalty appeals for Kayode’s challenge on Mediero, who was through on goal, but that was not a foul according to the referee.
