Coach Giovanni Bosi’s U17s will face Spal in the Under 17 Serie A and B championship quarterfinals. The Nerazzurri qualified for this stage by winning Group 3 with 16 points, while Spal won Group 4 with 22 points, going through as the best team overall of all eight groups.

The four first placed teams from Groups 1 to 4 and from 5 to 8 face each other as per regulation. Spal, as the best team overall, earned the right to face the Nerazzurri at home, who were the fourth side among the first-place teams of the first four groups. In the event of a tie at full-time, there will be extra time and potentially penalties.
