Victory at the Dacia Arena

On the 2021-2022 Serie A TIM matchday 21, Atalanta win 6-2 at the Dacia Arena in Udine. It was a match filled with goals, with Pašalić opening the scoring after 17 minutes with a header from Pezzella’s cross from the left. Muriel doubled the Nerazzurri’s lead on 22 minutes with a clinical left-foot finish. In the second half, Udinese pulled one back in the 59th minute with Molina’s strike deflected off Djimsiti and the final 15 minutes were a four-goal thriller. Muriel added another on 76 minutes (with an angled drive), then Beto made it 2-4 on 88 minutes, but Mæhle scored his first goal for Atalanta one minute later by tapping in unmarked on Miranchuk’s back-heel flick and Pessina sealed the game by converting Mæhle’s assist, minutes after the Nerazzurri Academy’s product Cittadini’s made his debut in Serie A.
