With the match at Bologna, Atalanta ended a very intense and special year and also a tough but very rewarding December: from the win in Amsterdam, which sealed the qualification for the round of 16 of the Champions League, to the extraordinary comeback against Roma.

The first round
In the first round of voting the fans will be able to cast their votes (from Sunday 27 December at 4 p.m. till Monday 28 at 4 p.m.) through a poll in which they will choose their favourite Atalanta player among those who have played at least in one of the following games:
- UEFA Champions League, Atalanta 1-1 Midtjylland (1 December)
- UEFA Champions League, Ajax 0-1 Atalanta (9 December)
- Serie A TIM, Atalanta 3-0 Fiorentina (13 December)

- Serie A TIM, Atalanta 4-1 Roma (20 December)
- Serie A TIM, Bologna-Atalanta (23 December)
The final
The two most voted players will eventually face in the final battle: the head-to-head will go live on the official Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts of Atalanta starting at 4 p.m. on Monday 28 December.
