On matchday 4 of the 2020-2021 Primavera 1 TIM championship at the Tre Fontane stadium in Rome, Atalanta lose 4-0 against Roma, with the Nerazzurri down to ten men for more than an hour.

It was an uphill match since the very beginning: after two minutes Tall scored the opener for Roma. On 8 Vismara pulled off a great save on Providence’s finish and two minutes later Rosa crossed for Cortinovis in the box, but his effort was charged down by Boer. The Nerazzurri team grew into the game, as Rosa, ignited by Ruggeri, fired over on 12. It was a heated game: Milanese shot an effort on 13, but Vismara was still careful in the rebound. On 16 Roma doubled their lead through Zalewski who freed himself in the box and scored his right-foot shot. On 27 Brambilla’s team were reduced to ten men after the dismissal of Scanagatta, who received a red card for a restraint on Providence. Vismara denied Tripi on 35. In the second half Darboe scored the third goal for the hosts. The Nerazzurri, down to ten, had generous attempts to reopen the game, but Roma controlled the match and managed the advantage without too many problems and also put the scoreline to 4-0 again with Darboe in the 72nd minute scoring a great curler.
