January fixtures

Serie A TIM and Coppa Italia

New year means new challenges ahead and 2020, since January, offers some interesting ones.

The calendar is full of fixtures: four Serie A TIM matches, among which the big match against Inter at the Meazza, and at least one Coppa Italia match from the 1st to the 31st January.

Atalanta will start their new year at the Gewiss Stadium against Parma. Epiphany, at 15 CET, the side will be hosted in Bergamo for the penultimate matchday of the Serie A TIM first leg round, which will come to an end five days later against Inter in Milan. The black-and-blue big match will be Matchday 19 and will be played on Saturday 11th January at 20.45 CET.

The next round of Serie A TIM will be nine days after, because before that Atalanta will have to fight for a place in the last 8 of Coppa Italia. To do it, the Nerazzurri will have to beat Fiorentina and win at the Artemio Franchi: kick-off on Wednesday 11th at 15 CET.

On Monday 20th January, Atalanta will take again to the pitch in Bergamo: at the Gewiss Stadium the match against SPAL at 20.45 CET as Serie A TIM Matchday 20, the first return leg match.

Then the Nerazzurri will be hosted by Torino at the Olympic Stadium on Saturday 25th January at 20.45 CET.

The match against Torino could be the last one of the month or not: there could also be Coppa Italia round of 8 match. So, at the moment the match on 29th January is TBA (fixtures and kick-off will be announced by the Lega Serie A at the end of the round of 16) and we must wait for the result of Fiorentina-Atalanta.
