Penultimate training in Bergamo for Atalanta before leaving for Lisbon, Rafael Toloi will be among the Nerazzurri protagonists of the Final 8 tournament: “We are ready for the Champions League”.

Rafael Toloi, here we are. The countdown has begun and it’s Atalanta-Paris Saint-Germain.

We’re really happy to play a game of such level, against a very strong opponent. We have prepared well for this match and we want to play a great match.

We want to do well, play a great match, like I said, for us and for our fans. As, besides the difficulties of the game, it’s something fantastic. We’re extremely happy. We will take to the pitch to do well, playing our game, doing what we’re used to do in all our matches, trying to get a result. 

Rafa, you start from being sure that Atalanta will play again in the UCL in the 20/21 season.

That’s also nice. It was an unusual Serie A campaign this year, but we were really good, we broke again our record for points in a season and for goals too. This is very nice, congratulations to all the lads and the club that work hard. Now we have the chance to play this UCL match this year, it’ll be a difficult match, like I said, but we are ready to play a great match, like we’ve always done.
