- Timothy Castagne to represent Belgium: Russia vs. Belgium on 16th November in Moscow and Belgium vs. Cyprus on 19th November in Bruxelles.
- Ebrima Colley to represent Gambia: Angola vs. Gambia on 13th November and Gambia vs. Congo on 18th November.
- Berat Djimsiti to represent Albania: Albania vs. Andorra on 14th November in Shkoder and Albania vs. France on 17th November in Shkoder.
- Marten de Roon to represent the Netherlands: Northern Ireland vs. the Netherlands on 16th November in Belfast and the Netherlands-Estonia on 19th November in Amsterdam.
- Remo Freuler to represent Switzerland: Switzerland vs. Georgia on 15th November in St. Gallen and Gibraltar vs. Switzerland on 18th November in Gibraltar.
