Online courses for affiliated companies
Video lessons with the Academy staff
Atalanta's commitment to give a valuable contribution and support towards all companies across the national territory that have embraced the Nerazzurri club's project does not stop even during this time. Academy teams' staffs are preparing and making available special videos for affiliated companies, in order to give concrete help, advice or insights to handle these difficult and odd times, far from the pitches and the activities we were used to doing. In specific, these are refresher courses for managers and fitness coaches, exercises tutorials and games to propose to young players of different age groups in order to train at home, under the physical and technical aspects during this forced break. Through videos and slides, the Nerazzurri Academy teams' staffs offer their expertise and knowledge for affiliated companies.
"Our various initiatives dedicated to our 90 affiliated companies on the National territory were abruptly interrupted on the 21st February" stated Loris Margotto, Head of Atalanta's Footballing academy project. "It was a weekend rich in fixtures, from the kids' matches to the technical staff's training, up to the welcome of the parents, which would have ended with the match Atalanta-Sassuolo at the stadium. Everything stopped in all of a sudden. After the first days, in which sadness, concern and bewilderment took over us, we tried to find a way to keep going, to give a contribution to our guys and all companies that had followed and supported us across the past few years. We still do not know how long this situation will take, but it's still possible to continue working and training. The Academy managers' and fitness coaches' commitment have recorded training videos that will let us continue our relationship. Of course we're at the disposal of all those who needed advice. Each one of us has worked from home, with the equipment they had at their disposal: contents made with the passion that must distinguish our commitment at the service of the guys. It's also a way to thank all the people from all over Italy that have supported and encouraged us during this difficult time".
