Colley: “We played a good match”

At the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo, Atalanta defeat Brescia and in the second half, coach Giano Piero Gasperini deployed the young player Ebrima Colley to replace Duván Zapata. A lot of satisfaction for the young forward who delivered some good plays and also took part in the post-match interview: "We played a good match".

"I'm really happy, after what happened. We're really happy. I think we played well. We deserved to win".

And Ebrima Colley almost scored.

"I almost scored, but I couldn't do it. I think I must keep working and then the goal will come".

How satisfied were you after being employed by Gian Piero Gasperini and playing like this.

"I'm always ready to play when the coach employs me on the pitch. What's important is that I have to work harder, during training. I think I'm doing it, but it's not enough, I must do more".

Yet, you're already doing a lot, you're part of the First Team and it is no small thing.

"That's another important thing, after being part of the First Team, another step is to travel with them in Europe. I'm really happy of being part of this group".

Ebrima, it was also nice to see other of your young teammates play, from Bellanova, Czyborra, to Piccoli.

"I think we're all doing well. It's normal when being part of this group. We're all doing well. Bellanova is training everyday, Czyborra, Tameze, all of them. Another thing for them is coming from another country, without speaking Italian. We're doing well. All my teammates are helping me".

Ebrima, the next fixture is up next, as there's one game after another in Serie A now. So, you'll focus immediately on Hellas Verona.

"Yes, I can confirm that, as we're playing every three days. It won't be easy to play any other match. Let's play like this".
