Matteo Pessina was called up to the Italy squad by the Head Coach Roberto Mancini ahead of the next Azzurri’s fixtures in the 2020-2021 UEFA Nations League. The upcoming games are against Poland (on Sunday 15 November in Reggio Emilia) and Bosnia Erzegovina (on Wednesday 18 November in Sarajevo).
This is the first senior call-up for the Nerazzurri midfielder.
