It was a debut to remember for Robin Gosens who, on his first call-up, immediately made his debut for the Germany national team, it was only a shame for the win that faded in the end. Anyway, it was not just any debut, as the German wing-back was lined up in the starting eleven in the first match of Group 4 of the UEFA Nations League League A that kicked off this night, Thursday 3rd September, in Stuttgart and remained on the pitch throughout the match and assisted Werner’s goal for the temporary 1-0 (the Spanish equaliser came in stoppage time). This was a great goal that Robin has achieved and deserved over the years with his dedication, his seriousness, his great desire to grow and improve training after training, game after game.

Germany’s next match will be against Switzerland in Basel on Sunday 6 September.
