New record: 7 wins in a row in Serie A

Nine wins including the Champions League

The previous record, which had been matched after the win in Udine and achieved two more times in the 2013-2014 and 2016-2017 seasons, was beaten. A streak inaugurated on the 8th of February on Matchday 23 with the 2-1 win on the Fiorentina pitch and then continued with the victories over Roma (2-1), Sassuolo (4-1), Lecce (7-2), Lazio (3-2), Udinese (3-2) and finally over Napoli (2-0).

Considering all the competitions, Atalanta won both ties against Valencia in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 in this period, therefore the wins in a row for Gasperini’s team rise to nine and this is also a new record for the Club.
