The Club informs all the interested fans that all the tickets purchased to attend the match Atalanta-Torino, which was scheduled for Thursday 6 January 2022 at 16:30 CET at the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo but didn’t take place due to the absence of the opposing team, will be cancelled and refunded (excluding the Vivaticket service fee), according to the following procedure.

TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE
The tickets that were purchased online will be refunded automatically either by crediting the amount on the ticket holder’s credit card used at the point of purchase or by crediting the refund on the ticket holder’s bank account if the ticket was purchased through a bank transfer.

TICKETS PURCHASED AT THE VIVATICKET POINTS OF SALE
The tickets that were purchased at the Vivaticket points of sale can be refunded by crediting the amount on the ticket holder’s bank account, according to the procedure indicated here: the procedure must be completed from Friday 14 January till Sunday 23 January 2022.
The only code you will have to insert to complete the procedure correctly is the fiscal seal, which is the alphanumeric sequence placed after the caption “S.F.”.

ATTENTION: in case the ticket was purchased by deducting the credit from the Refund Voucher for the 2019/20 season tickets, the refund will be granted in cash, as the transfer of the refund onto the Refund Voucher will not be possible to issue.
