Caffè Torrefazione Poli was established in 1962 just outside Bergamo. It was founded by Giuseppe Poli, who turned his passion for coffee into a full-fledged and successful business. For over 50 years, Caffè Torrefazione Poli has been synonymous with the most classic tradition of Italian-style espresso. The blends are made exclusively of the best Arabica and Robusta varieties and are controlled at every stage of the production process, from the choice of raw materials to the roasting and transformation process. Each product undergoes analysis by expert tasters who certify its excellence and compliance with the highest quality standards.
Besides the quality of its products, Caffè Torrefazione Poli pays special attention to the ecological impact of its production processes. That is why it uses solar panels and, thanks to an energy exchanger, it recycles the outgoing fumes produced by the roasting machine to heat the offices in winter and to produce fresh air in summer through a blast chiller.
