Robin Gosens’ first international goal arrived in a friendly match.

In Germany’s final friendly match before the kick-off of EURO2020, Gosens opened the scoring: his finish from the middle of the box found the back of the next in the 19th minute. The match played on Monday 7 June against Latvia ended 7-1 for Germany.

Germany’s opening match at the European Championship is scheduled for Wednesday 15 June at 21.00 CEST, the first opponent of Group F are France. Hungary and Portugal complete the group.
