Gian Piero Gasperini gave his press conference on the eve of Atalanta-Roma, fixture of the 2020-2021 Serie A TIM matchday 13: “We are set to face a quality team, in excellent shape, who is scoring a lot and found their feet. Tomorrow we’re facing one of the big clubs of our league. Fonseca, in my opinion, did a great job, the Giallorossi have grown over time. It is evident that they are a side that have consolidated knowledge. It’ll be an important match for us tomorrow”.

This will be the penultimate match before the Christmas break, which – this year – will be very short anyway. Then, another tour de force will commence: “The league is at a very good stage, there are many teams grouped in a few points and everybody is giving their all. We need to find a long streak [of positive results] and to continue with the performances we’re providing”.
