Gian Piero Gasperini spoke at a press conference ahead of Atalanta’s away match against Sassuolo. The 2022-2023 Serie A TIM matchday 21 fixture taking place at the Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia is scheduled for a 20:45 CET kick-off time on Saturday 4 February: “We have crossed swords with them many times over the years, so we know each other well. Sassuolo have changed a little bit lately, but the setup of the team is always the same. They are fresh from a resounding victory away to AC Milan, but even in the games in which they did not get a good result, they had always shown quality.”

To round off, boss Gasperini moved on to the league: “I never had any doubts that it was balanced; there are no easy matches”.
