It was opened in July but without an official ceremony. Balzer Stadium was finally inaugurated last Friday night.

Balzer has been a point of reference of the city of Bergamo since 1850 and not only. Another Balzer coffee bar has opened just under the Tribuna Rinascimento sector of the Gewiss Stadium, in viale Giulio Cesare.

It won’t be a mistake to say that it’s a historic event for Balzer. So, here Balzer’s history meets the one of the Gewiss Stadium, the home of Atalanta. It’s Bergamo’s history, too.

President Antonio Percassi and CEO Luca Percassi participated in the inauguration evening. You can see them together with Balzer Stadium’s owners, Patrizio Locatelli and Lorena Scupilliti, in the photo above.
