Matteo Ruggeri celebrates his birthday today!

Born on the 11th of July 2002 in San Giovanni Bianco, Atalanta’s wingback blows 21 candles on his cake today.

After joining the Black-and-blues in 2011, he rose through the youth Academy ranks all the way to the First Team and made his senior debut on the 3rd of October 2020 in the UEFA Champions League match against Liverpool. Rugge has so far racked up 23 appearances with Atalanta across Serie A, Coppa Italia and European competitions.
