With the 0-0 tie against Morocco, making it the third goalless draw thus far in the tournament, finally came the turn of Mario Pašalić’s Croatia to make their debut in the World Cup 2022 in Qatar.

Mario, currently at his 44th cap with Croatia, was subbed in at the stroke of the second half, making his first-ever appearance in a World Cup.
