REGULATIONS

The competition is held within one single group with all the teams facing each other 9 v 9 which are divided into three periods of 15 minutes each and in a technical skills encounter (that consists of a series of uninterrupted shootouts). The score of the “MATCH” is based on the sum of the results received in all three periods: so, each period does not present a match itself but a “mini-match”. Below there is an example of the table of various combinations of the possible final result:

  • Draw in all the three periods of the match with the final score of 3-3.
  • Two draws in two periods and one win of one of the two teams in one period: 3-2.
  • One draw in one period and two wins of one of the two teams in two periods: 3-1.
  • The same team wins all three periods: 3-0.
  • A win for each team and a draw in three periods: 2-2.
  • Two wins for one team and one win for the other one in three periods: 2-1.

The winner of the “TECHNICAL SKILLS” encounter, or the “SHOOTOUTS, will win one point that will be added to the score of the “MATCH”, one point will be added to the score of each team in case of a draw.

The overall result of the “MATCH” is determined by the sum of the scores received in each period and the score of the “TECHNICAL SKILLS” encounter. The sum will determine the FINAL RESULT, after which, the following points will be given for each match:

  • 3 points in case of a win;
  • 1 point in case of a draw;
  • 0 points in case of a loss.

For a point “BONUS” the following parameters are considered that will be added to the points received in the “MATCH” and will contribute to the final ranking:

  • An under-12s with at least 18 players in the Match Sheet: 2 points for each match.
  • An under-12s with at least 16 players in the Match Sheet: 1 point for each match.
  • The participation of at least 3 children (on the basis of the referee’s report signed by all the Clubs’ managers participating in each match, as provided by the regulations): 1 point for each game.

In case two or more teams end the Stage with the same number of points, the following criteria will be considered in the order listed below:

  1. The overall score of the encounters (the results received in 3 periods);
  2. The result of the “Shootouts”;
  3. The best score received according to the “BONUS” ranking;
  4. The best score received according to the “FAIRPLAY” ranking;
  5. The result is decided by means of drawing.
