Gian Paolo Bellini’s Under-17 team had a good test at the Centro Bortolotti in Zingonia, as they took on the Colchester United Under-18 team.

It was Atalanta U17s’ first official friendly game ten days after kicking off their pre-season. Coach Bellini’s boys edged the English side by a 2-1 scoreline, with all the players on the team match sheet featuring in the game. After the visitors took the lead in the opening minutes of the second half, it was a Baldo brace between the 61st and the 67th minute that decided the match.
