On matchday 15 of the 2020-2021 Primavera 1 TIM “Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti” championship, it ends 0-0 at the Suning YDC against leaders Inter.

It was a great performance from Brambilla’s team who came close to opening the scoring several times. The start was balanced: Gelmi easily smothered Fonseca’s and Bonfanti’s attempts. The first great chance was on 34 when Ghislandi floated a cross into the box for Cortinovis, but Rovida did well to punch away the Atalanta captain’s curler. On 41 Gyabuaa sent Cortinovis through but Rovida denied him once again.

In the second half, Grassi got immediately dangerous on 49 sending an effort over. There was also a chance for Inter on 66, but Gelmi turned Fonseca’s angled drive wide. Atalanta’s pressure built up in the final minutes. Gyabuaa floated a cross for Italeng, who stroke the post with a curler on 74, while Inter went down to 10 men on 85 after Sangalli received a second bookable offence. The final big chance to break the deadlock was on 88 when Ruggeri’s free-kick was turned over by Rovida.
