The season 2020-2021 was certainly unforgettable for Davide Ghislandi as he made his debut in the senior team and Serie A. The wingback, originally from Bergamo, played in the final minutes of the League matchday 25 fixture won 5-1 by Atalanta over Crotone at the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo on 3 March 2021, a date that he will never forget.

Davide replaced Robin Gosens at the end of the match and reached an important goal, which is also a starting point of his career: he went through all the steps of the Atalanta journey as, since a child, he started playing in the Pulcini to then join the senior team and play in Serie A now, always wearing the Nerazzurri shirt.

He was a key player for the Primavera this season with whom he won the Supercoppa and very nearly won the Scudetto. By doing so, he was deservedly named in the Top 11 of the championship…
