With the Primavera and the Under 18 both skipping a turn, this Sunday of football at the Centro Bortolotti in Zingonia opened up with a double win in the twin fixture against Lecco: while the U16s imposed themselves 5-1 with Damiano’s and Martano’s braces (both pictured in the cover) and a single goal by Isoa; the U15s claimed a 9-1 walkover as Fugazzola scored a manita and Gasparello slotted in a poker. Moving on to the U17s’ match with Inter, the literal sting in the tail nullified Atalanta’s hopes for a hard-fought draw as the hosts turned the match around scoring the 2-1 goal on the 6th minute of stoppage time – with Castiello featuring the scoreboard for Atalanta.
Moving on to our female sides, while the U17s lost 4-1 away to Azzano (with Vitale scoring the consolation goal from the penalty spot); the U15s defeated Asperiam 4-0 on points at the Centro Bortolotti in Zingonia with the black-and-blue scorers being: Fumagalli (4), Pezzotta (2), Krafia (2), Villa, Chibani, Marano, Saccomandi and Bacchio.
