The weekend of the black-and-blue Academy witnessed the 2-0 victory of our Primavera in the early match against Sassuolo held at the Centro Bortolotti di Zingonia. Atalanta took the lead thanks to an own goal coming after Vorlicky’s cross and then doubled their advantage through De Nipoti’s stunner.

On Saturday the Under 16 imposed themselves over Inter in an away match and won 2-1 courtesy of Arena and Sharma. On the other hand, both the Under 18 and the Under 15 faced a setback today as they came off worst from their respective fixtures against Cagliari (defeated 1-2 in Zingonia, Manzoni scoring the consolation goal) and Inter (bested 4-2 away, with Damiano and Colombo being the goalscorers). The Under 17 championship is still on hold.

Concerning the weekend’s commitments of our Female Academy, both the Under 17 and the U15 resulted victorious from their respective away fixtures on Sunday: namely, beating 9-1 Orobica (5 goals by Bertola, with Testa, Vitale, Minuscoli and Campana scoring one goal each) and 2-1 Lecco (Boldrini and Castoldi making it to the scoreboard) respectively.
