Four international friendly matches, with two of them to be played at the Gewiss Stadium, await Atalanta in December, a month that is expected to be of the highest level as we wait for the resumption of the Serie A TIM.

The curtain raiser is on Friday, the 9th of December, as the Gewiss Stadium is set to host the match opposing Atalanta and Eintracht Frankfurt, the reigning UEFA Europa League champions, in what will be the 25th edition of the Trofeo Bortolotti.

We are looking forward to seeing you at the Gewiss Stadium to pay homage to Achille and Cesare Bortolotti, two presidents who have graced the pages of the history of Atalanta.

Tickets for the match will be available from 10:00 CEST on Thursday 1 December as follows:
– Private sale for Atalanta’s 2022-2023 Serie A TIM season ticket holders from Thursday 1 December at 10:00 CET until Sunday 4 December at 23:00 CET;
– General sale from Monday 5 December at 10:00 CET until Friday 9 December at 20:00 CET.

PRIVATE SALE FOR ATALANTA 2022/23 SERIE A TIM SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
From Friday 1 December at 10:00 CET until Sunday 4 December at 23:00 CET 2022-2023 season ticket holders, both digital season tickets uploaded on the Dea Card and season tickets released from the Dea Card, can access this phase and purchase a ticket to attend the match in the sector, row and seat of their Atalanta 2022-2023 Serie A TIM season ticket.

Tickets can be purchased:
– online on the website https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/ in print@home mode or digitally uploading it on the Dea Card;
– at the Vivaticket sale points in Italy (to see which is the closest to you click here) in traditional mode.

You cannot use the 2019/20 season ticket refund voucher at the Vivaticket sales points.

Each buyer can purchase up to 4 tickets, all of them in the name of season ticket holders.

In order to exercise their pre-emption right, season ticket holders will have to enter their pre-emption code:
– for 2022-2023 season ticket holders with Deacard: NUMBER OF THE DEA CARD that is currently owned by the season ticket holder (expired Dea Cards will also be valid to purchase and access the stadium);
– for 2022-2023 season ticket holders with a traditional season ticket (released from the membership card i.e. former voucher): the PRE-EMPTION CODE* preceded by five zero/0 (00000), in the case of a traditional season ticket.
* located on the back of the season ticket, after the word “Abb:” (as shown below).

IMPORTANT: type five “0” and then add the 7 digits of the pre-emption code without spaces (in the case of the image below it should be entered: 000000123456).

GENERAL SALE
The general sale begins on Monday 5 December at 10:00 CET and ends on Friday 9 December at 20:00 CET. Tickets can be purchased:
– online on the website https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/ both in print@home mode and with digital upload on the Dea Card;
– at the Vivaticket sale points in Italy (to see which is the closest to you click here) in traditional mode on thermal support;
– at the ticket office in viale Giulio Cesare (opposite Tribuna Rinascimento), which is open on the day of the match, Friday 9 December, from 18:00 CET except in the event of a sell-out.

You cannot use the 2019/20 season ticket refund voucher at the Vivaticket sales points.

Each buyer can purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets in total.

NAME CHANGE
In the event of being unable to attend the match, tickets will be transferable once to a third person, starting at 10:00 CET on Thursday 8 December and up to the kick-off of the match.

The procedure is to be made online at this link: https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/index.php?nvpg[sellshow]&cmd=ShowChangeTicketEventList.

The name change is only possible if it benefits a person having the same rights. It is not allowed to request changes for a higher-priced ticket, as no surcharge can be paid.

Below is a scheme of the possible changes:
FULL RATE: can be transferred to all;
REDUCED U14: can be transferred to all U14s.

The possibility to change the name of the ticket holder may be suspended at any time by the competent authorities.

TICKET OFFICE IN VIALE GIULIO CESARE (opposite Tribuna Rinascimento)
The ticket office in Viale Giulio Cesare will be open on the day of the match, Friday 9 December, starting from 18:00 CET for:
– assistance in the event of a malfunction of the ticket;
– the sale of unsold tickets.

2019/20 SEASON TICKET REFUND VOUCHER
All fans holding a voucher for the 2019/20 season ticket refund will be able to use it to purchase tickets also in the name of other people, as long as they use the same Vivaticket account from which the voucher was requested.

The voucher can be therefore used exclusively to buy tickets online, it cannot be used at the Vivaticket points of sale.

To use the credit, you will simply have to enter the VOUCHER CODE that is indicated on the pdf of the Voucher itself while purchasing.

GOLDEN RULES
We remind all ticket holders that:
– the opening of the gates will take place approximately two hours before the start of the match;
– It is advisable to get your ticket well in advance of the event to avoid long queues and gatherings at the Gewiss Stadium ticket office in Viale Giulio Cesare;
– Each holder must stay in the seat allocated at the time of purchase and shown on the ticket.

Access to the Gewiss Stadium will be allowed only to fans in possession of:
– A valid single ticket or Dea Card with a digitally uploaded ticket;
– A valid identity document.
