The aggregated total of promises to pay for the 26 Atalanta shirts from the Birthday Match 2022 already exceeds over 12,000 euros. Namely, the items on auction are the shirts worn by and furnished to all the members of the first team on the occasion of the home match against Sassuolo celebrating the 115th anniversary of the Club.
The initiative stems from the joint venture between Atalanta BC and Bergamo Tv with all proceeds to be devolved to charity in their entirety.
Topping this special chart of bids, Luis Muriel’s number 9 has reached a current offer for 1,000 euros (levelling with Ademola Lookman’s and Giorgio Scalvini’s quotations) followed by Ruslan Malinovskyi’s jersey currently valued at 670 euros.
The bids updated as of Monday, the 24th of October at 18:00 CEST are also available on the official Facebook and Instagram profiles of “TuttoAtalanta Bergamo Tv”, and on Atalanta’s and on L’Eco di Bergamo’s (Bergamo’s local newspaper) official websites alike: raises can be produced at any time both via sms at 3356969423 and by e-mailing the address asta@bergamotv.it.
Each shirt will be autographed by the player who wore it and although bids placed on different jerseys are allowed, eventually, each item is to be allocated to a different bidder.
The charity auction will draw to its close on Monday, the 31st of October during the course of the sports show “TuttoAtalanta” to be aired live from 20.50 CEST to 22:30 CEST on Bergamo Tv (on the digital terrestrial channel number 15 and on streaming via www.bergamotv.it). The next update of the promissory notes is to be published on the evening of Tuesday, the 25th of October.
