Replay X Atalanta: the Tiziana Fausti event

Unveiling the two Atalanta signature looks

The heart of Bergamo has been the hotspot of choice for the unveiling of the new “Replay X Atalanta” capsule collection, designed to extend the reach of the Club’s brand off the pitch. Namely, the launch event hosted in the prestigious boutique Tiziana Fausti was graced by the presence of many illustrious personalities: from Matteo Sinigalia, CEO at Replay, Luca Percassi, CEO at Atalanta, Stefano Percassi, to Tony D’Amico, Sports director at Atalanta, coach Gian Piero Gasperini himself, together with his second-in-command Tullio Gritti, to the Atalanta roster and, as tradition dictates, the hostess Tiziana Fausti.

The windows of Tiziana Fausti’s flagship store surely dressed up for the occasion, featuring the new black-and-blue capsule collection. The two looks designed for Atalanta channel the brand’s signature style, with clean-cut tailoring and denim being the leitmotifs of the attires: from the denim parka and the bomber jackets to the denim-fleece suit and the accents in the polo’s selvedge. From a technical standpoint, another focal point of the new collection is the focus on environmentally friendly treatments to reduce water consumption (cut down by a third compared to the resources required for denim on average) and to discard the use of chemical solvents.

Starting off from the more casual look, chino trousers are paired with a polo shirt and a denim bomber jacket with nylon sleeves sporting a wash-down effect, obtained with a colour treatment fully compliant with the latest eco-friendly legislation. As for the more formal attire, in addition to the shirt in cotton-linen fabrics, the look comprises a suit made up of drawstring trousers and a blazer sporting a fresh yet classy cut and, thanks to the denim fleece fabric, a very comfortable fit. Moving on to the outwear, the look features a denim parka jacket with synthetic padding and 100% PET lining (a textile produced entirely from recycled PET bottles).

Since the 2020/21 season Replay has been the Official Denim Partner and, upon the latest renewal in July, the partnership between the two brands is bound to continue for the next three sporting campaigns.
