Xmas Match shirts: proceeds going to the Ben_Essere project

Created by Associazione Amici della Pediatria for the Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital

The day of the official handover of the 27 jerseys furnished for the Christmas Match between Atalanta and Salernitana (culminated in a 4-1 win for the Nerazzurri) to the respective winners of the charity auction from the joint venture between Atalanta and Bergamo TV draws near.

The “TuttoAtalanta” editorial team is reaching out to the winners and the second-best bidders in the event of multiple allocations (a measure implemented to satisfy the highest number of fans taking part in the initiative).

As previously reported, all proceeds are to be devolved to charity in their entirety for the benefit of the Associazione Amici della Pediatria (Friends of Pediatrics Charity). Said charity will devote the funds to the implementation of the Ben_Essere project, put into effect to satisfy the rehabilitation and the pedagogical needs of the children hospitalized in the Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital. The activities mentioned above, some of them already in implementation, will be put into effect and included in education and rehabilitation programmes, specifically tailored and focused to the demand of each patient and encompassing a vast array of specifications, ranging from pedagogy, psychomotricity and neuro-psychomotricity to logopedics, physiotherapy and osteopathy.

The jerseys, all of them to bear the autograph of each respective wearer, will be handed over to their new owners during an event, to take place in late January, specifically organized for the occasion and which will be graced by the attendance of the main Associazione Amici della Pediatria representatives.
