After enjoying two days off after the end of the league, the Nerazzurri returned to training in Zingonia on Tuesday 4 August. Coach Gasperini held an afternoon session at the Bortolotti Training Centre. Gollini trained separately.

The preparation for the 2019-2020 UEFA Champions League quarter-finals against Paris Saint-Germain, scheduled for the 12th of August in Lisbon, will continue tomorrow, Wednesday 5 August in Zingonia.
