Atalanta BC would like to remind all season ticket and matchday ticket holders who are unable to attend the First Team’s and the U23 team’s home matches that it will be possible to transfer tickets – in compliance with the ticket holder’s name change process – in the 2023/24 season. The Ticket Transfer process shall be made here, and it will be available one day before the match from 10 a.m.

The processes of Ticket Transfer and the new ticket holder’s access to the stadium are slightly different for digital tickets (loaded onto a Dea Card) and paper tickets (‘former voucher’ season tickets or paper/print@home tickets with barcode).

Digital tickets

In order to transfer a digital ticket, the new ticket holder shall necessarily be in possession of a Dea Card.

These are the steps to follow:
– Go to the website;
– Select the match (it will only appear at 10 a.m. on the day before the match);
– Select the option “Change from Fidelity Card / digital business subscription”;
– Enter the transferor’s Dea Card number (12-digit numerical code, which begins with 038);
– Click on the “VERIFY” button;
– Enter the recipient’s Dea Card number;
– Proceed with the transfer.

You will then receive a receipt attesting the user’s name change in pdf format.
The receipt alone does not allow access to the stadium.
In order to access the stadium, the new ticket holder will only need to bring their Dea Card, the receipt in pdf format (printed or saved on a mobile device) and a valid ID.

Paper tickets

In order to transfer a paper ticket, the new ticket holder does not require a Dea Card.

Follow the steps below:
– Go to the website;
– Select the match (it will only appear at 10 a.m. on the day before the match);
– Select the option “Change of printed ticket / corporate subscription”;
– Enter the transferor’s fiscal seal (16-digit numerical code after S.F. o SF);
– Click on the “VERIFY” button
– Enter the recipient’s personal data, document details and email address;
– Proceed with the transfer.

You will then receive a receipt attesting the user’s name change in pdf format.
The receipt alone does not allow access to the stadium.
In order to access the stadium, the new ticket holder will only need to bring the transferor’s original ticket (season or match ticket), the receipt in pdf format (printed or saved on a mobile device) and a valid ID.

Useful information

It is illegal to resell any season and match ticket, as provided for in the Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions and in full compliance with the regulations, which can be found here.

The name change is only possible if it benefits a person entitled to the same rights as the original ticket holder. Tickets Transfers entailing a supplemental payment for the transition to a higher ticket class, from a reduced-priced to a full-price ticket, or from one seat to another seat shall not be permitted.

Below is a recap of the possible changes:
– FULL PRICE TICKET can be transferred to all;
– WOMEN TICKET can be transferred to all women;
– OVER 65 TICKET can be transferred to all Over 65s;
– UNDER 18 TICKET can be transferred to all U18s;
– DISABLED TICKET cannot be transferred.

In the event of a ticket transfer against payment, Atalanta may cancel the transaction and deny access to the holder of the original tickets, including season ticket holders.

Finally, the option of transferring tickets may be suspended at any time by the competent authorities (ONMS-GOS) without the possibility of intervention by Atalanta.
