We inform the interested fans that tickets for Atalanta-Bologna, the match scheduled for Saturday 28 August at the Gewiss Stadium with kick-off at 18.30 CEST, will be for sale from Monday 23 August at 10 a.m.

SALE PHASES
Tickets will be for sale in the following ways:
1) Private sale for 2019/20 season ticket holders: from 10 a.m. on 23 August to 11 p.m. on 25 August;
2) General sale: from 10 a.m. on 26 August to 6.30 p.m. on 28 August.

SALE PHASES
2019/20 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS’ PRIVATE SALE
2019/20 season ticket holders (both digital season tickets, uploaded on the Dea Card, and season tickets released from the “ex voucher” Fidelity Card) can access this phase and choose their seat among those available for sale from 10 a.m. on 23 August to 11 p.m. on 25 August.

– GENERAL SALE
Sale of any available seats from 10 a.m. on 27 August to 6.30 p.m. on 28 August.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VIVATICKET SERVICE FEES MUST BE ADDED TO THE TICKET PRICE.

HOW TO BUY IN THE PRIVATE SALE
Each buyer can purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets in total, all in the name of the season ticket holders, by entering the DEA CARD NUMBER currently held by the season ticket holder for each titleholder, in the case of a digital season ticket loaded on the fidelity card. Expired Dea Cards will also be valid to purchase and access the stadium

OR

the PRE-EMPTION CODE* preceded by five “0” (00000), in the case of a traditional season ticket.

* located on the back of the season ticket, after the word “Abb:” (as shown below).
IMPORTANT: type five “0” and then add the 7 digits of the pre-emption code without spaces (in the case of the image below it should be entered: 000000123456).

HOW TO BUY
Tickets can be purchased exclusively online on the website https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/ as follows:
– digital upload on DEA CARD; a placeholder in pdf will be issued (to be printed in A4 format or kept on a mobile device) in which the sector, row and seat purchased and to be occupied will be indicated, while the Dea Card will be the only document considered valid for access at the turnstiles.
– PRINT@HOME mode (for Traditional Season Ticket holders only); a ticket with a barcode in pdf format will be issued to be printed in good quality on an A4 sheet. Emails confirming the purchase or documents other than the ticket with a barcode will not be considered valid for entry.

Neither the Vivaticket offices nor the Gewiss Stadium ticket office in viale Giulio Cesare will be authorized to sell.

NAME CHANGE
It is forbidden to change the name of the ticket holder on any ticket.

VIALE GIULIO CESARE TICKET OFFICE
Saturday 28, from 4 p.m., the ticket office in Viale Giulio Cesare will be open ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY for assistance in the event of a malfunction of the print@home ticket or the Dea Card on which the admission ticket was uploaded.
THE SALE of tickets WILL NOT BE OPERATIONAL.

AWAY SECTOR
Residents in the province of Bologna will be able to purchase tickets exclusively for the Away sector.
Residents in the province of Bergamo WILL NOT be able to purchase tickets for the Away Sector.

Methods of sale
Tickets will be available for purchase online on the website https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/ in print@home mode from 10 a.m. on Monday 23 August to 7 p.m. on Friday 27 August.
The ticket price is € 25 + Vivaticket service fee. There are no reductions.

HOW TO ACCESS THE GEWISS STADIUM
As per current government guidelines, access will be allowed to a maximum number of spectators equal to 50% of the Gewiss Stadium capacity; all ticket holders must have one of the Green Certifications COVID-19 (Green Pass), except for the cases of exclusion provided for by the legislation, to be shown for verification at the pre-filtering areas of the purchased sector, together with a valid document and the ticket itself.
For all information on the “Green Pass” certification, refer to the Italian Government website: https://www.dgc.gov.it/web/faq.html.
All ticket holders must show the green certificate (“Green Pass”) together with a valid identity document.
All fans who enter the stadium, including children of any age, must have a valid ticket to access the facility.

2019/20 SEASON TICKETS REFUND VOUCHERS
All fans in possession of the 2019/20 season ticket refund voucher will be able to use it to purchase tickets also in the name of other people, as long as they use the Vivaticket account from which the voucher was requested.
To take advantage of the credit, please enter the VOUCHER CODE written on the pdf of the Voucher itself in the specific section while purchasing.

GOLDEN RULES
We remind all ticket holders that:
– It is mandatory to wear a mask during the entire course of the event.
– In order to ensure interpersonal distance, it is mandatory for each holder to attend the event from the seat allocated at the time of purchase and shown on the ticket.
– It will be necessary to undergo a body temperature measurement, and access to fans with body heat above 37.5° will be inhibited.
– There will be NO facility to carry out a quick antigen swab on matchday.

Access to the Gewiss Stadium will be allowed only to fans in possession of:
– Print@home ticket printed in A4 format or Dea Card with digitally uploaded ticket;
– COVID-19 green certification (Green Pass);
– Valid identity document.

Finally, it should be noted that as currently required by current legislation, children under the age of 12 fall into the category of subjects exempt from Green Certification (https://www.dgc.gov.it/web/faq.html)
