The Countdown has officially started: on Saturday, April 27, Atalanta For Special will take it to the Bettinelli Sporting Venue in Milan to take on Bresso in the maiden game of the DCPS (Tier 3-Group B) league’s Regional Final Phase.

Despite the usual heat for the gruelling task closer and closer at hand, the group is nonetheless striving to hit the pitch, more eager than ever to measure themselves against a new major litmus test.

“In addition to kicking our training sessions up a notch – Atalanta For Special’s coach Gianmario Lesmo, declared with a shroud of secrecy – we’ve run a thorough tactical overhaul to study our next opponents down to the very minute detail, in an attempt to find a chink in the armour of one of the best sides of the DCPS league. The thrill of reaching such a remarkable milestone, maybe somewhat unexpectedly yet with unquestionable merit, has taken over the whole group, players and technical staffing alike”.

“We went the whole hog and left nothing up to chance – the Atalanta coach wound up -, we also composed a walk-in song for the occasion, surely bound to make the team’s spirits even more”.
