Atalanta Women’s Under-15s got off to a great start, winning the Coppa Quarenghi Femminile in San Pellegrino Terme, the first major event of the season.

After defeating Cremonese in the qualifying round, coach Gennaro De Maria’s lasses beat Inter 3-0 in the final thanks to goals from Fumagalli, Marano and Villa, thus claiming Atalanta’s second success in the tournament after 2016.

In addition, Rosangela Marano received an important award as she was named MVP of the tournament.
