On matchday 21 of the 2021-2022 Primavera 1 TIMVISION “Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti” championship, Atalanta complete the perfect comeback and win 3-1 over Milan at the Training Centre Vismara in Milan thanks to a brace bagged by Cisse (in the stock photo) and a goal from Sidibe.
Sidibe immediately threatened as he forced Desplanches to rush out, then Cisse was denied by the goalkeeper on 8 minutes and De Nipoti’s left-foot shot went just over the bar. Despite a good start from the Nerazzurri, it was Milan to take the lead on 18 minutes through Traore and a few minutes later, Dajcar denied Nasti. After a free-kick taken by Ceresoli tested Desplanches, Cisse scored the equaliser at the death of the first half with a left-foot angled drive: this was the Guinean forward’s first goal for Atalanta, who made today his debut in the league after breaking the ice in the Cup last Wednesday.
In the second half, the Nerazzurri immediately got into the lead, as Cisse bagged a brace with a great strike from the edge of the box assisted by Sidibe. And Sidibe made it 3-1 in the 74th minute as he prodded in one-on-one with the goalkeeper. De Nipoti had another chance in the final minutes, but it ended 3-1 at the Vismara, with the Nerazzurri reaching 33 points on the league table.
