As the two-week hiatus, granted after the last league fixture, drew to its close, training sessions for the first team resumed this afternoon at the Centro Bortolotti in Zingonia. The afternoon session was overseen by coach Gasperini himself. Due to “cause of force majeure” the four Atalanta players currently taking part in the World Cup in Qatar skipped today’s session: de Roon and Koopmeiners called up by The Netherlands, Mæhle shortlisted for Denmark and Pašalić convened by Croatia.

Conditioning will proceed tomorrow, Tuesday the 29th of November, with a double session, once more to be held at the Centro Bortolotti in Zingonia, this time behind closed doors.
