U23s: Monday night game v Legnago

20:45 CET kick-off at the Mario Sandrini stadium

After closing the Renate case with a 2-2 draw in Caravaggio in the rescheduling of MD23 played last Tuesday, Atalanta U23s will be back to roaming ways for a Monday evening kick-off: the Serie C NOW MD28 (Group A) fixture of 26/2 will see coach Modesto’s lads off to Verona to play Legnago Salus at the Mario Sandrini stadium in a prime-time kick-off at 20:45 CET.

The reverse fixture played in Caravaggio on October 23 saw the Nerazzurri impose themselves 1-0 over the away side in full “Zona Cesarini” courtesy of a Cissè’s winner in the 93rd minute to the delight of both Atalanta BC’s CEO Luca Percassi and Co-chairman Stephen Gerard Pagliuca, who followed the game from the Caravaggio stand and are pictured in the photo down below together with coach Francesco Modesto.
