All four Atalanta players already debuted in the World Cup
Mission accomplished for The Netherlands of Marten de Roon and Teun Koopmeiners: the Oranje punched their ticket for the round of 16, to be played next Saturday the 3rd of December against the USA, the of runner-ups Group B
Today, both black-and-blue players hit the pitch during the course of the fixture against Qatar for Matchday 3, the last game of the group stage: a literal handover happened between Marten, featuring in the starting XI, and Teun, subbed in 83 minutes into the match to replace his club-mate.
The final table of Group A crowns The Netherlands as the group winner with 7 points; followed by Senegal (6 points), Ecuador (4 points) and Qatar bringing up the rear with 0 points.

Tomorrow, Wednesday the 30th of November, it will be the last call for Joakim Mæhle’s Denmark to make it to the next stage, as “De Rød-Hvide” have no option but to clinch victory against Australia. Kick-off time at 16:00 CET.
The fixture between Tunisia and France will be played in conjunction, with Les Bleus already qualified for the following stage.
The standing as of Group D sees France first with 6 points, Australia with 3 points, followed by Denmark and Tunisia tied with 1 point each.

On Tuesday December 1, Mario Pašalić will be the last black-and-blue player to play the closing match of the group stage, as Croatia is to take on Belgium; with the other fixture as of Matchday 3 for Group F being Canada-Morocco- both to be played at 16:00 CET.
