Tickets on sale from Wednesday 24 August

Tickets for Atalanta v Torino, the matchday 4 fixture of the 2022-2023 Serie A TIM season, will be available from 10 a.m. on Wednesday 24 August.
The match is scheduled for Thursday 1 September with a 20:45 CEST kick-off at the Gewiss Stadium.

In the match against Torino, there will be the Under 6 “NO SEATS” and the Under 14 initiatives for the youngest Atalanta fans.

Below are the ticket prices, please note that Vivaticket service fees must be added.

UNDER 6 INITIATIVE

The Under-6 “NO SEATS” initiative will be available for the match Atalanta v Torino according to the methods explained here: those interested are invited to read the information carefully.

For children who haven’t turned six yet, the parent and/or the legal representative of the child, who is provided with a valid access document, can request a free ticket without a seat allocated at the stadium, one for each parent.

Requests shall be made to the Club by filling in the specific form and sending it to ticketoffice@atalanta.it starting from 10 a.m. (Italian time) on Wednesday 24 August to 6 p.m. Italian time on Sunday 28 August.

All requests made in breach of the provisions stated above will not be deemed valid.
The email sent without attaching a form and/or a photocopy of the identity document will not be deemed valid.

The stands of the Gewiss Stadium covered by the initiative are:
– TRIBUNA RINASCIMENTO SCOPERTA;
– TRIBUNA RINASCIMENTO COPERTA;
– TRIBUNA CENTRALE.

Please note that the initiative is subject to limited availability of seats for security reasons.

UNDER 14 INITIATIVE

The U14 reduced rate will be available for the match Atalanta v Torino according to the methods explained here: those interested are invited to read the information carefully.

According to the Decree Law 8/2/2007 No. 8 and subsequent amendments, Atalanta BC provides for the issue of complimentary tickets registered under the name of under-14 minors accompanied by a paying adult (parent or relative up to the fourth degree of kinship) with no more than one child per adult for at least 50% of the matches organised over the course of the sports season.

It will be possible to request the accreditation by filling in the specific form and sending it to the e-mail address ticketoffice@atalanta.it from 10 a.m. CEST on Wednesday 24 August to 18 CEST on Sunday 28 August.

The stands covered by the initiative are:
– CURVA SUD MOROSINI,
– DISTINTI SUD,
– TRIBUNA RINASCIMENTO SCOPERTA,
– TRIBUNA RINASCIMENTO COPERTA;
– TRIBUNA CENTRALE.

The initiative is subject to possible restrictions and the number of seats available is limited.

How to purchase

Tickets can be purchased:
– online on the website https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/ both in print@home mode and with digital upload on the Dea Card;
– at the Vivaticket sale points in Italy (to see which is the closest to you click here) in traditional mode on thermal support or with digital upload on the Dea Card.

You cannot use the 2019/20 season ticket refund voucher at the Vivaticket sales points.

Each buyer can purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets in total.

Name change

It is NOT possible to change the name of the ticket holder on traditional season tickets.
It is possible to transfer traditional, print@home single tickets and all digital tickets (19-game season tickets or tickets uploaded on the Dea Card).

The procedure is to be made online, starting from 10 CEST on Wednesday 31 August at this link: https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/index.php?nvpg[sellshow]&cmd=ShowChangeTicketEventList.

The name change is only possible if it benefits a person having the same rights. It is not allowed to request changes for a higher-priced ticket, as it is not possible to pay a supplement.
Below is a scheme of the possible changes:

– FULL PRICE: can be transferred to all;
– REDUCED WOMEN: can be transferred to all women;
– REDUCED OVER 65: can be transferred to all Over 65s;
– REDUCED U18: can be transferred to all U18s;
– REDUCED INVALID: cannot be transferred.

The possibility to change the name of the ticket holder may be suspended at any time by the competent authorities.

Ticket office in Viale Giulio Cesare open on the day of the match

The ticket office in Viale Giulio Cesare will be open on the day of the match, Thursday 1 September, starting from 6 p.m. for:
– assistance in the event of a malfunction of the ticket;
– the sale of unsold tickets.

It will NOT possible to transfer tickets at the ticket office in Viale Giulio Cesare.

Visiting supporters' end

Residents in Piemonte can purchase tickets exclusively for the Visiting Supporters’, Tribuna Centrale and Tribuna d’Onore Nerazzurra stands.

Residents in the province of Bergamo CAN NOT purchase tickets for the Visiting Supporters’ Section, except for the Torino FC fidelity card holders.

Tickets can be purchased from 10 a.m. CEST on Friday 26 August at 7 p.m. on Wednesday 31 August:
– online on https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/
– at the Vivaticket sale points in Italy (to see which is the closest to you click here) in traditional mode;

The price ticket is € 20, there is no reduction.

2019/20 SEASON TICKET REFUND VOUCHER

All fans holding a voucher for the 2019/20 season ticket refund will be able to use it to purchase tickets also in the name of other people, as long as they use the same Vivaticket account from which the voucher was requested. The voucher can be therefore used exclusively to buy tickets online, it cannot be used at the Vivaticket points of sale.
To use the credit, you will simply have to enter the VOUCHER CODE that is indicated on the pdf of the Voucher itself while purchasing.

Useful information

We remind all ticket holders that:
– the opening of the gates will take place approximately two hours before the start of the match;
– It is advisable to reach the entrance indicated on your ticket or placeholder well in advance of the start of the event. This is to avoid long queues and gatherings that could originate from the mandatory control operations in the pre-filtering areas of the Gewiss Stadium;
– Each holder must stay in the seat allocated at the time of purchase and shown on the ticket.

Access to the Gewiss Stadium will be allowed only to fans in possession of:
– A valid traditional season or single ticket or Dea Card with the placeholder of the season ticket or the single ticket digitally uploaded;
– A valid identity document.

Finally, it should be noted that as currently required by the legislation in force, children under the age of 12 fall into the category of subjects exempt from the ‘reinforced’ Green Certification (https://www.dgc.gov.it/web/faq.html).
