How many tickets as a maximum can I purchase for a match?
As a physical person, you can purchase from 1 to 4 tickets, according to the sale policy of each match.
Is an identity document necessary for purchasing a ticket?
In accordance with the current legislation, you have to present a valid identity document at the time of purchase for each ticket holder who would like to buy a ticket. For this purpose, the valid documents are an Identity Card, a driving license and a passport.
Shall I present my document at the time of entry?
All the supporters have to present a valid identity document (with a photo) at the Stadium, which can be requested by the service staff and the police.
Do minors have to present their document as well?
Yes, minors shall present the identity document both at the time of purchase and entry to the Stadium.
From what age do children pay tickets?
For children who haven’t turned six yet, the parent and/or the legal representative of the child who is provided with a valid ticket can request a free ticket without an allocated seat at the stadium, one for each parent. The request shall be made to the Club by filling in the specific form and sending it to biglietteria@atalanta.it within 48 hours prior to the start of the match.
If the request is accepted, the confirmation mail will be sent. You will have to collect the ticket on matchday at the opening hours of the Gewiss Stadium ticket office in Viale Giulio Cesare at the dedicated desk by showing a valid identity document of the parent and the accompanied minor. The child shall be held in arms while staying on the bleachers.
In case the parent would like to have a seat for the minor under the age of 6 as well, the ticket shall be purchased through the traditional sale channels.
NB: The initiative is subject to restrictions in case of matches under risk and with limited capacity.
I am a disabled with limited mobility, can I enjoy discounts on the home matches tickets?

Can I leave temporarily the stadium during the match and come back later?
No, the access to the stadium is allowed only for one single transit through the turnstiles. Once you have left, it is not allowed to enter the sector again.

The opportunity to transfer tickets varies according to the match. All the information on the name change will be expressed in the terms of sale of each single match.
