How many spectators can come to watch a home match?
Currently, for the 2019/20 season, the certified capacity of the Gewiss Stadium is 19.768 seats.

Where can I purchase the tickets for Atalanta’s home matches?

How many tickets as a maximum can I purchase for a match?
As a physical person, you can purchase from 1 to 4 tickets, according to the sale policy of each match.

Is an identity document necessary for purchasing a ticket?
In accordance with the current legislation, you have to present a valid identity document at the time of purchase for each ticket holder who would like to buy a ticket. For this purpose, the valid documents are an Identity Card, a driving license and a passport.

Shall I present my document at the time of entry?
All the supporters have to present a valid identity document (with a photo) at the Stadium, which can be requested by the service staff and the police.

Do minors have to present their document as well?
Yes, minors shall present the identity document both at the time of purchase and entry to the Stadium.

From what age do children pay tickets?
For children who haven’t turned six yet, the parent and/or the legal representative of the child who is provided with a valid ticket can request a free ticket without an allocated seat at the stadium, one for each parent. The request shall be made to the Club by filling in the specific form and sending it to biglietteria@atalanta.it within 48 hours prior to the start of the match.
If the request is accepted, the confirmation mail will be sent. You will have to collect the ticket on matchday at the opening hours of the Gewiss Stadium ticket office in Viale Giulio Cesare at the dedicated desk by showing a valid identity document of the parent and the accompanied minor. The child shall be held in arms while staying on the bleachers.
In case the parent would like to have a seat for the minor under the age of 6 as well, the ticket shall be purchased through the traditional sale channels.
NB: The initiative is subject to restrictions in case of matches under risk and with limited capacity.

I am a disabled with limited mobility, can I enjoy discounts on the home matches tickets?

Can I leave temporarily the stadium during the match and come back later?
No, the access to the stadium is allowed only for one single transit through the turnstiles. Once you have left, it is not allowed to enter the sector again.

I purchased a ticket but I cannot go to the stadium: is it possible to give the ticket to another person?
The opportunity to transfer tickets varies according to the match. All the information on the name change will be expressed in the terms of sale of each single match.

I purchased a ticket but I would like to change the sector. How can I do it?
It is not possible to change the sector or the seat once the ticket has been purchased.

I made a mistake while filling in the personal data for a printed ticket. What should I do?
You should contact us by sending an email to biglietteria@atalanta.it within 48 hours prior to the match. All requests sent after this time limit will not be taken into consideration.

I did not select the reduced rate for which I was entitled at the time of purchase of the ticket. What should I do?

I have lost my printed ticket. What should I do?
It is not possible to have a duplicate of the lost ticket. It is necessary to purchase another one, report the theft/loss and contact us by sending an email to biglietteria@atalanta.it.

What is the Deacard and how can I get one?
The Deacard is the fidelity card of Atalanta. You can find all the necessary information by clicking the link: https://www.atalanta.it/en/dea-card/

I uploaded my ticket/season ticket onto the Deacard. How can I enter the stadium?
When you have a digital ticket, the access pass is the Deacard itself. To enter the stadium, you will have to show it together with a valid identity document and the seatmarker issued at the moment of purchase of the ticket.
In this case you will not be able to enter the stadium without a Deacard, even if you have a seatmarker.

I have lost/damaged my Deacard or it has been stolen from me. How can I get it back?
It is not possible to obtain a duplicate of the Deacard. In case it has been stolen, lost or damaged, you will have to purchase another at this link https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/index.php?nvpg[sellshow]&cmd=ShowTdtListType

I have made a request for the Deacard online and I am waiting for the delivery. What can I do in the meantime?
After the purchase, you will receive a substitution document that will have the number and the barcode of your Deacard. You can use this document both for purchasing tickets and for entering the stadium by showing the barcode. As soon as the Deacard will have been delivered to you, it will be activated and the substitution document will not be necessary anymore.

I have lost the seatmarker, how can I get it back?
