The Primavera Coach Massimo Brambilla commented on the 3-1 win against Lazio on Matchday 26 of the 2020-2021 Primavera 1 TIM “Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti” championship: “There was a great reaction from the guys after the defeat at home against Fiorentina and today we played well, we had a good level of play and also scored some good goals. We could have scored more, I think it was a well-deserved victory”.

There was a good reaction even after having conceded Lazio’s equalizer: “We made our life a bit complicated on that goal, but the team continued to play, did not lose their minds and kept calm to be able to do the things we had in mind. It is not obvious when you concede a goal like this, to be calm again while playing, but in this respect the boys were mature. These are three important points because the two teams ahead of us (Empoli and Spal, ed) lost. We are chasing them at the moment and with this victory, we have closed the gap with them. I am convinced that until the end we will have to fight. We have the possibility of reaching the playoffs just as the others have. We will see from game to game.
