La Scuola allo stadio: the recap of week 3

With over 600 students attending

As the spring session of the 21st edition of “La Scuola allo Stadio”, the socio-educational initiative promoted and organised by Atalanta mainly aimed at all primary and secondary school students, wound down with a short and sweet snap of two meetings, the Gewiss Stadium opened its gates to welcome roughly 600 students between March 26 and 27.

EIGHT MEETING: HOSTED BY LORENZO AVOGADRI

On Tuesday, March 26, it was Atalanta U23s’ goalkeeper Lorenzo Avogadri who ushered in the third week of meetings by answering the questions and satisfying the curiosities of our 291 attendees (fourth and fifth garders) from the primary schools of Suisio, Medolago, the “S.Anna” primary school of  Albino, the “Muzio Don Milani” elementary school of Bergamo, the “Mazzi” primary school of Orio al Serio, the “Salesiani” elementary school of Treviglio, and the primary schools of Costa V. Rogno, Ardesio, Gromo con Valbondione, Valgoglio, Gromo San Marino, Palazzago and Sorisole.

NINTH MEETING: HOSTED BY PIOTR PARDEL

From one goalkeeper to another, on Wednesday 27 March, Atalanta Primavera’s netminder Piotr Pardel left the three sticks and stepped up on the Gewiss Stadium stage: the Polish goalie, who also debuted with the Under-23s’ side earlier this season, let our young hosts in on his personal and professional grounding. The get-together was attended by the 295 fourth and fifth-grader students from the primary schools of Leffe, Peia, Fara Gera d’Adda, Badalasco, Berbenno, Urgnano, Serina, Casirate, Calvenzano and Arzago.

The “La Scuola allo Stadio” project, set to involve 3,135 students across 64 schools, will make its return on April 5th for the closing ceremony.
