GEWISS STADIUM - CODE OF CONDUCT AND STADIUM RULES AND REGULATIONS

Important: The access and the stay in the area of the Stadium is expressly subject to the implicit acceptance by the spectators of these Rules and the regulations imposed by the FIFA, by the UEFA, by the Lega Nazionale Professionisti FIGC (National Professionals League of the Italian Football Association), by Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio S.p.A. and by the Public Security Authorities. Entering the Stadium determines the acceptance of the present Regulations.

  • By the Stadium the Regulations refer to the whole interior structure and related services, including the reserved external areas and the areas of property and use of the Club.
  • By the Club the Regulations refer to Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio S.p.A.
  • By the event the Regulations refer to each match that is held in the Stadium.
  1. The use/purchase of the admission ticket implies the full acceptance of the regulations for use of the Stadium and the Regulatory Code issued by Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio S.p.A.
  2. Compliance with the rules of the regulations is prerequisite for accessing and staying in the Stadium, the non-compliance thereof shall result in the immediate termination of the con- tract, with the consequent offender’s ejection from the Stadium and the application of an administrative fine from 100 to 500 Euros, which may be increased by the Club itself, unless the non-compliance constitutes a more serious crime and the possibility of requesting the refund of the damages suffered by the Club.
  3. It is mandatory to have a regular and personal admission ticket (season ticket or ticket) to enter the Stadium, with the name of each user on it. The admission ticket must be kept intact for the entire duration of the stay in the facility. The personnel in charge may ask for its exhibition at any time. To access the Stadium, it is required to have a valid identity document, to be exhibited upon request of the club’s personnel who are allowed to check if the holder of the ticket and the user of it match.
  4. Any admission ticket will be taken by the stewards, by Club Officials and by the Police if the ticket is held by a person other than the registered holder, who, using this document, attempts to access the Stadium, or is caught inside the Stadium. Anyone found in posses- sion of it will be identified and, if the conditions are met, prosecuted under the terms of the law. The ticket will be kept by the Club for the eventual return to the holder. The ticket will be returned to the actual holder only upon presentation and filing of a certified copy of the report to the Public Authority. In the event of loss, theft or destruction of the season ticket or the ticket valid for a single event, in compliance with the current tax regulations, as well as for reasons of public order, no duplicate or equivalent tickets will be issued, entry will not be allowed, nor will the price be refunded, and nothing can be opposed to Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio S.p.A.
  5. People must entry the Stadium through the entrance indicated on the ticket and it is mandatory to occupy only the seat allocated to them by their tickets.
  6. Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio S.p.A. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel al- ready issued tickets in the event of unauthorised or improper conduct. Furthermore, it reserves the right not to issue admission tickets to those who have not respected these regulations and have behaved in a harmful way to the image of the Club (acts of violence, racial or territorial discrimination, damage to people or objects, etc…).
  7. The spectators have the right/duty to occupy only the seat allocated to them by their tickets.
  8. The user of the ticket is responsible for the ownership and the name on it even in the event of purchase or transfer by any third party, and is also responsible for occupying the assigned seat, taking into account any involvement of responsibility in case of giving the seat to somebody else or occupying other than that indicated on the ticket.
  9. The personnel in charge of assisting the public “STEWARD”, during the event is to be considered “in charge of public service”, therefore the criminal code and in particular the articles that protect the public official will be relevant for their major protection.
  10. For reasons of public order, the Public Security Authority or the Club may limit or prohibit the access or stay at the stadium even to those who have regular admission tickets. Under no circumstances the access to the stadium is allowed to those who have been banned because of acts of violence.
  11. The Club is not responsible for loss, accidents or damage to persons or objects in the Stadium and in the surrounding areas, unless it is directly caused by it.
  12. The date and kick-off time of the event may be changed by order of the Public Safety Authority or the sports authorities without this resulting in any liability for the Club.
  13. The user/spectator may undergo checks made by the “STEWARDS” with the purpose of preventing the introduction of illegal, forbidden and/or dangerous items into the Stadium, through the use of metal detectors, technological systems, through the hand check of the person, of the clothes and the visual check of the contents of pockets, bags and backpacks, etc. Those who refuse to undergo these checks will be removed from the Stadium.
  14. The following items/substances must not be introduced and used in the Stadium: alcohol, poisons and dangerous substances, inflammable and soiling/staining material, narcotic and mind-altering substances, knives, pyrotechnic material, smoke bombs, gas horns, sound producing or amplification systems, rockets and flares, helmets, weapons, dangerous objects, laser lights, whistles, bottles, glass containers, cans, poles and all objects that can be used as a weapon and/or may compromise public safety. Anyone found in possession of such materials will have the access forbidden or will be removed from the Stadium, without prejudice to the provisions of the jurisdiction of the Judicial and Public Security Authorities with the possibility for the Club to request the reimbursement of the damages incurred.
  15. The entrance of baby pushchairs and prams, which is not to be considered beforehand permitted, is subject to the request for authorisation by the stewards who must place them in dedicated areas in order not to obstruct traffic and the ways to exits and any other escape route.
  16. Drums and loudhailers will be authorised within limits defined in accordance with GOS (Gruppo Operativo Sicurezza – Security Operating Group), exclusively for certain areas and only and exclusively in compliance with the required authorisation procedure which requires the prior communication of the people who will introduce and will be responsible for the correct use of these instruments.
  17. It is forbidden to introduce banners and any other similar material to all sports facilities, including that for choreography, unless expressly authorised by GOS upon request of the Club. Within the limits and in the ways established by the sports club, it will be possible to introduce and display banners in support of the team for the scheduled match, by submit- ting, at least 7 days before the match, a specific request in compliance with the established procedure and indicating their own complete general information; A similar discipline must be applied to flags, except for those displaying only the colours of the club and of the Countries represented on the pitch. For choreographies, in addition to the above, the methods and times must be specified, meaning that this activity must in any case end before the competition begins. It is however forbidden to exhibit material that due to size and type may compromise order and public safety and obstruct the fans’ field of view, to force them to stand upright.
  18. It is forbidden to cover and make the elements of advertising promotion invisible, both with flags and banners and physically occupying the intended spaces for the public in an inappropriate way.
  19. It is forbidden to carry out any form of expression praising violence and racial or territorial discrimination.
  20. It is forbidden to enter and remain within the Stadium while drunk or under the effect of narcotic or mind-altering substances.
  21. It is also forbidden to climb over separation structures between different sectors and the pitch; it is forbidden to stand on the sorting stairways and along the routes of the escape routes; it is forbidden to throw any type of object from the stands; disguise is forbidden, it is forbidden to introduce animals of any kind, it is forbidden to remove and retain any element of the facilities, structures and events, including balls if not kicked voluntarily by players or employees of the club, it is also forbidden any type of conduct that can be considered harmful or harassing towards the Club and any third party. It is strictly forbidden to climb the structures of the Stadium.
  22. The user shall accept the potential removal from the Stadium in the event of incorrect, harassing conduct, or with behaviour which is not compliant with the provisions of these Regulations or the instructions given by the Stewards.
  23. Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio S.p.A. reserves the right to ask for the reimbursement of any costs incurred as a result of behaviours that have generated damage to property or people and the image of the club.
  24. In case of an emergency: stay calm; follow the instructions given by the nearest security officer; follow the escape routes indicated by the security officer quickly, without running and crowding; favour the outflow of disabled people; do not take the exit routes in the opposite direction to that indicated; behave inspired by feelings of solidarity, civics and collaboration towards others; discourage behaviour that does not comply with the emergency and collaborate as much as possible so that panic situations do not develop. It is strictly forbidden to obstruct passages, access and exit routes, exits and entrances, stairs.
  25. The entire area of the Stadium, including the adjacent areas, are served by video surveillance systems and video recording systems. By purchasing the ticket, the user acknowledges and authorises Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio S.p.A. to use the images to check if these regulations are respected and for the uses provided for by the legislation.
  26. The Club reserves the right to use the video and photographic material available also for the purposes referred to in the previous points.
  27. It is not allowed to bring into the Stadium (except authorised people) equipment for recording and broadcasting, in digital or on any other media, audio, video and audio-video material, information or data relating to the Event in the Stadium. The copyright for unauthorised broadcasts or recordings is due, according to the law, to the Club. The use of mobile phones is allowed only for personal and private purposes.
  28. The Club reserve the right to use video and photo materials at their disposal with the aims specified previously
  29. It is not allowed to bring to the Stadium (except for authorised users) any equipment that can be used for registration and broadcast, in digital or any other support, of audio, video and audio-video materials, information or data related to the event being held at the Stadium for betting activities, for commercial activities unless authorised in advance or for any other purpose that violates the present Regulations, unless expressly authorised or allowed by the Lega or the Clubs. The copyright of unauthorised broadcast and recording is due, according to the norms of the Law, to the Club. The use of the phones is allowed only for personal and private

In case of non-compliance with the present Regulations, the access to the sport venue may be rejected or, in any case, may be reduced according to the Regulatory Code (Code of Conduct) published in the website https://www.atalanta.it.
